Services: Works included new floor boxes with Cat 6 cabling, floor coverings, full height glazed partitions, new joinery items including full height solid core doors and the tea point, new carpets and vinyl to the break out area. In addition, new Fan Coil Units were installed and amendments to the existing ductwork to suit the new layout. Perimeter window blinds were also installed to reduce solar glare and gain.
Blue Fig were appointed by Dialog to provide design proposals for this new office in Swindon. Having taken the clients brief we were asked to incorporate a mix of meeting rooms and informal meeting spaces. In addition, a flexible work area was included and an enclosed break out area. For future expansion a fibre link was installed to the other wing of the building and a lab area for the IT department.
