RSJ Investments Ltd appoint Blue Fig to undertake a Cat A refurbishment of a stand alone office building at Loddon Business Centre in Basingstoke. Works included strip out of the previous tenants fixtures and fittings, installation of new carpets, new lighting , refurbishment of the toilet block accommodation, decorations and plumbing works.
