Office fit out works included new power and data, flooring, tea points and additional plumbing works throughout, refurbishment of the sash windows, new roof, new air conditioning, partitions and furniture.

The fit out works for SAS were centred on the supply and installation of new suspended ceilings and lighting systems to their training rooms, new reception desk and waiting furniture, decorations throughout and to assist in the provision of informal meeting areas with new wall graphics and soft seating.

The fit out works included the provision of a number of cellular offices, training rooms, meeting and conference rooms, new Comms Room and Break out area. A new reception area was also created and the meeting, reception and soft seating were supplied by Blue Fig.

Blue Fig were asked to advise Bilfinger on the relocation of their Maidenhead offices to their new location and undertook all the design works, consultation with the Local Authority, undertook the fit out, project management and provided the furniture for the new offices.
